Today's Golfer has just released the results of its brand new Travel Awards. The Algarve has been voted the best golfing destination in the whole of Europe...

And - impressively - San Lorenzo has been named in the top three out of all the courses in the country.

It's these types of awards, voted for by thousands of golfers from all over Europe, that let us know that we're delivering one of the best golfing experiences going.

In a country with so many fine courses, to be voted into the top three is quite an achievement... and one that San Lorenzo intends to build on for the future.

Dona Filipa Hotel Named Best Golfing Resort in the Country

Have a look at the rest of the award winners - including our own Dona Filipa Hotel, who have just been voted the Best Golfing Resort in Portugal - and we hope we can see you on the greens soon. As stated in the video below (featured in the Portuguese TV Channel: SIC) by the Hotel's General Manager, Luis Filipe: "Our Hotel is 42 years old and I still talk to guests that have been coming to the Hotel for the last 35 years. So you can see that we've created a portfolio of guests that visit us: 1, 2, 3 times a year for the last 35 years! (...) Our guests are very important to us!"
